We are looking for an energetic, presentable and customer-focused Guests Relationship Manager to manage guest relations, drive sales and improve the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest complaints, feedback and service recovery.
- Build customer relationships and improve retention.
- Upsell products, desserts, Bulk Biryani and special offers.
- Generate and close corporate lunch/dinner bookings.
- Manage online reviews on Google, Zomato, Swiggy, Reelo, etc.
- Coordinate social media activities, campaigns, shoots and special-day promotions.
- Plan food festivals, events, guest activities and table games.
- Curate restaurant music/playlists based on occasions and customer profiles.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, offers and recent promotional ideas.
- Coordinate festive décor and conduct weekly service-team training.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident personality, sales orientation, guest-handling ability and basic understanding of social media/online platforms. Hospitality or restaurant experience will be preferred.
