- Sources and screen candidates through job portal
- Understand the candidates skills and match them with suitable job openings
- Maintain candidates records and follow-up regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valuable communication and inter-personal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates
- Fresher can apply
- Experience in recruitmentconsultancy is an added advantage
