Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

- Handle purchase return processes for medicines/products received from vendors.
- Verify returned stock, quantity, batch number and expiry details.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for purchase return cases.
- Prepare and maintain purchase return records and documentation.
- Update return entries in the system/ERP.
- Follow up with vendors for return confirmation and credit notes.
- Ensure timely closure of pending purchase return cases.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchase, Accounts and Inventory teams.

Requirements:

- Experience in Purchase Returns / Purchase Operations / Inventory / Warehouse Operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of stock, invoices, batches and expiry.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in pharma/distributor/retail/e-commerce warehouse operations will be preferred.

Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai

Shift: 10 to 7 & 11 to 8

Week Off: Sunday
