Store Manager – The Belgian Waffle Co.
Responsible for managing end-to-end store operations in a quick-paced QSR environment, ensuring smooth daily functioning, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team productivity.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and shift management.
- Lead, train, and supervise team members to maintain service and operational standards.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective team coordination and customer service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage stock levels, wastage, ordering, and coordination with vendors/supply teams.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, and employee performance.
