Operations Manager – Cosmo Fertility
We're looking for the person who keeps everything moving — the one who knows what's happening, what's stuck, and what's next, before anyone has to ask. You'll sit right next to the founder and be the go-to person for everything operational in the office.
This isn't a one-department job. One day you're chasing a vendor, the next you're unblocking a field executive, checking stock, or cleaning up the CRM. If loose ends bother you, you'll feel right at home here.
Keep things on track
- Own the daily task tracker — know what everyone's doing, follow up, close loops
- Give the founder a clean weekly snapshot: done, stuck, needs a decision
- Set the rhythm with daily check-ins and weekly reviews
Coordinate the team
- Be the daily point of contact for 5–8 people across field ops, CRM, manufacturing support, and interns
- Get new joiners set up fast — clear tasks and tools from Day 1
- Step in when priorities clash or something's unclear
Keep vendors on schedule
- Manage follow-ups across 8–10 vendors — raw materials, manufacturing, labs, packaging, logistics
- Catch delays early and keep the vendor tracker current
- No crore-sized negotiations here — just making sure things show up on time
Support field operations
- Coordinate doctor outreach, camp logistics, and pathology lab onboarding
- Track field targets and hold the team accountable
- Keep the basics of compliance in check on the ground
Watch supply & inventory
- Track manufacturing output and raw material stock
- Coordinate quality checks with the lab
- Spot shortages before they become emergencies
Keep the pipeline honest
- Review the lead/patient pipeline weekly — moving or stuck?
- Work with the CRM person to keep data clean and visible
Reporting & documentation
- Keep trackers and shared drives organised
- Maintain SOPs and vendor contact lists
- Put together simple dashboards when the founder needs one
You'll fit right in if:
- You've got 5–8 years of experience, with 2–3 years running ops, office coordination, or general management at a small company, clinic, or startup
- You've handled multiple moving parts at once — team, vendors, logistics, admin
- You follow through — if you said 11 am, it's 11 am
- You're equally comfortable in Hindi and English, with anyone from vendors to interns
- Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, basic CRM — second nature to you
- You're based in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, or East Delhi, with an easy commute to Sector 62
- Bonus if you've worked in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing — not a must
Probably not for you if:
- You've only ever worked in one function — pure sales, pure logistics, pure admin
- You need everything documented before you can start — we're building as we go
- You're looking for remote or hybrid — this is fully in office
- You thrive in large, slow, highly structured setups
