Job Description: Telecaller – Loan SalesPosition OverviewThe Telecaller will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and loan sales conversion across products such as Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loan (HL), Business Loan (BL), and Personal Loan (PL). This role requires robust communication skills, customer handling ability, and target-driven performance.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for LAP, HL, BL, and PL products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits to generate interest.
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules.

- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups until conversion.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship building.

- ? Data Management & Reporting

- Update CRM/database with lead details and call outcomes.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on calls, leads, and conversions.




- Track performance against sales targets.

- Assist customers with KYC, application forms, and loan documentation.
- Escalate issues to seniors when required.

- Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English, local language preferred).
- Knowledge of loan products (LAP, HL, BL, PL).
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
- QualificationsGraduate in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or loan sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
