We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, block boards, flush doors, timber, and other wood-related products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting contractors, architects, interior designers, carpenters, builders, and project sites to generate sales and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote plywood and wood-related products.

• Generate new sales leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and competitor analysis.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.

• Explain product features, quality, applications, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales orders and payments.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with customers after sales to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Prior experience in field sales, plywood, laminates, timber, furniture,



construction materials, hardware, or interior products will be an advantage.

• Solid communication and relationship-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps

• Target-oriented, energetic, disciplined, and willing to work in the field.

• Candidates with experience and contacts in the local plywood, hardware, furniture, construction, or interior-design market will be preferred.

Vehicle and Location Preference

• Candidates with their own two-wheeler will be preferred.

• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

• Preference will be given to candidates living in or near the assigned sales territory.

• Candidates should have good knowledge of nearby markets, dealers, construction sites, and customer locations.

• Travel allowance, fuel allowance, or conveyance reimbursement may be provided as per company policy.
