Position: Purchase Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years in Purchase
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine purchasing and ordering.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage vendors and regular follow-ups.
- Manage riders and related expenses.
- Prepare and publish daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Maintain purchase and vendor records.
- Work on Excel using VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
- Be flexible with shift timings as per business requirements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Vendor management experience preferred.
- Lucknow local candidates preferred.
- Flexible and comfortable working in shifts
