Job Summary: We are hiring Fresher – Insurance Sales with an Insurance Broker/Corporate Insurance Agent, interested in direct corporate sales of Cyber, Trade Credit, and Surety Bonds.

Key Responsibilities:• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Motor & Health Insurance

• Pitch insurance solutions and close sales effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with operations team for policy issuance and documentation

• Provide after-sales service and renewal follow-ups

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/MIS

• Stay updated with insurance products, market trends & IRDAI guidelines

• Experience with sales preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Basic MS Excel, Word & Email knowledge
- Ability to work independently
