We are looking for an energetic Person for our team to process to handle outbound calling and generate leads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
2. Follow up with existing customers and maintain call records.
3. Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
4. Maintain the customer database in CRM / Excel sheet
5. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil
- Basic knowledge of Banking products
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, CRM
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Comfortable with voice process / telecalling
- No field work - only office-based calling
