Education: Graduation mandatory in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive

Languages Required:

Hindi, English, Marathi

Fluency in speaking Marathi is mandatory.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCold calling to potential customers and existing clients.
- Explain the products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in clearing all their queries regarding products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Handle objections and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to purchase products or services, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must know how to speak Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Must be smart and enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting admission targets.
- Valuable knowledge of computers and Excel is mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
