Senior BaristaWe are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to lead daily coffee operations and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso, specialty drinks, and manual brews.
- Dial in espresso and maintain recipe consistency.
- Train and guide junior baristas.
- Maintain coffee equipment, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Manage bar inventory and follow SOPs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support smooth café operations during busy hours.
Requirements: 2–3+ years of barista experience, strong specialty coffee knowledge, valuable communication and leadership skills, and a passion for coffee.(Local Prefer )
