Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a CA firm and possess strong practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliances, specifically GST and TDS.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Accounting: Handle complete bookkeeping and daily accounting entries for various clients across different industries using accounting software (Tally Prime/ERP 9).
- GST Compliance: Prepare, reconcile (GSTR-2A/2B), and file monthly/quarterly GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and within statutory deadlines.
- TDS Compliance: Calculate monthly TDS liabilities, process payments, and file quarterly TDS/TCS returns. Generate and manage Form 16/16A.
- Reconciliations: Perform routine bank, vendor, and debtor reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies proactively.
- Ledger Scrutiny:



Conduct thorough ledger scrutiny and assist senior auditors in the finalization of accounts up to the preparation of the Balance Sheet and P&L; statements.
- Data Management: Maintain organized and secure financial records, working papers, and compliance challans for client portfolios.
- Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience working within a Chartered Accountancy firm.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). CA Inter candidates may also apply.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.). Familiarity with government tax portals (Income Tax, GST).
- Core Competencies: Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, current GST laws, and TDS provisions.
- Work Ethic: High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously, and strong professional communication skills.
