- Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across platforms.
- Manage marketplace promotions, offers and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track marketplace metrics, sales reports and overall performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch and order fulfilment.
- Handle customer queries and marketplace communications when required.
- Ensure marketplace accounts remain compliant with platform policies and guidelines.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.
Work towards improving product visibility, conversion and overall online sales.
