Clinogenesis Research Institute is looking for passionate and target-driven candidates to join our team as Academic Counselors / Inside Sales Executives.

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and training programs
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Achieve admission and sales targets
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly
- Build strong relationships with students and clients

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Passion for sales and student counseling
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and professionalism

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate
