# Brand Merchandiser – Garments & Bags

### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Brand Merchandiser** with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the **garments and bags industry**. The candidate will be responsible for managing orders from product development and sampling to production and final delivery, while ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are maintained.

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end merchandising for **garments and bags**.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate product development accordingly.

* Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, purchase, production, and quality teams.

* Develop and follow up on **samples, prototypes, and approvals**.

* Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, labels, packaging, and other materials.

* Prepare and follow up on **costing, quotations, purchase orders, and production details**.

* Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing units for timely material availability.

* Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within deadlines.

* Follow up on **printing, embroidery, stitching, cutting, finishing, and packing** requirements.

* Ensure products meet approved samples, specifications, measurements,



and quality standards.

* Identify and resolve production, quality, and delivery issues.

* Maintain order status, sample approvals, production schedules, and delivery records.

* Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of completed orders.

* Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

* Handle multiple orders simultaneously and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to dispatch.

### Required Skills

* **2–3 years of experience in garments and bags merchandising.**

* Valuable knowledge of garment manufacturing and bag production processes.

* Knowledge of **fabric, trims, accessories, stitching, printing, embroidery, and finishing**.

* Good understanding of costing and production planning.

* Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

* Positive communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong attention to detail and quality.

* Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

* Good knowledge of **MS Excel and MS Office**.

### Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in **garments manufacturing, bags manufacturing, apparel merchandising, customized garments, promotional products, or corporate gifting** will be preferred.
