We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Delivery Partners to collect orders from our warehouse and deliver them to customers on time. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who are punctual, familiar with local routes, and committed to providing excellent service.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Collect orders from the warehouse and ensure accurate pickup.
2. Deliver orders to customers at the specified address within the committed time frame.
3. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.
4. Ensure protected handling of packages and adherence to road safety regulations.
5. Report any delivery issues or failed attempts promptly to the operations team.
6. Maintain and care for your delivery vehicle to ensure smooth operations.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proven delivery experience is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and local roads/routes.
- Excellent time management, punctuality, and reliability.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
