Chillax Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Corporate Events & MICE business and is looking for a highly driven Special Event Sales Manager who can identify opportunities, acquire corporate clients, build robust relationships, and convert enquiries into profitable event business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a business acquisition and revenue-focused position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new corporate event business and developing long-term relationships with corporates, MNCs, brands, agencies and enterprise clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business for Corporate Events, MICE & Experiential Marketing
- Identify and approach decision-makers across Marketing, HR, Admin, Procurement, Corporate Communications and Leadership teams
- Build and manage a strong corporate sales pipeline




- Conduct client meetings, presentations and requirement discovery
- Generate RFQs/RFPs and convert opportunities into confirmed business
- Coordinate proposals, concepts, presentations, budgets and commercial negotiations
- Develop key accounts and generate repeat business
- Work closely with Creative, Production, Operations, Hospitality and Finance teams
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts and regular business reports
- Take ownership of monthly and annual revenue targets
