Job DescriptionThe Client Services Executive will act as the primary coordination point between the client and Metaverse911's internal teams after a project is confirmed. The role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple people, deadlines and project requirements simultaneously. This is not a cold-calling or sales role. The primary responsibility is to make sure that clients receive the right solution, at the right time, with clear communication throughout the project.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after project confirmation. N
- Understand the client'sfinal requirements, timelines, venue details and deliverables. N
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and project update calls. N
- Ensure clients receive timely updates instead of having to continuously follow up. N
- Document client feedback, approvals and changes clearly. N
- Maintain professional communication through email, WhatsApp, calls and meetings. N
