NJob Purpose
nThe General Manager – HR is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's overall HR strategy, ensuring effective manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and perks, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The role acts as a strategic HR partner to management while ensuring a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, procedures, and practices aligned with business objectives. N
- Prepare annual manpowerplans, HR budgets, and workforce strategies. N
- Lead recruitment and selection for managerial, supervisory, and critical positions. N
- Oversee onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, and employee movements. N
- Establish and monitor performance management and appraisal systems. N




- Develop training, learning, leadership development, and succession-planning programs. N
- Manage compensation, salary structures, incentives, benefits, and payroll coordination. N
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. N
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts. N
- Develop employee engagement, retention, welfare, and organizational culture initiatives. N
- Maintain HR records, MIS, HR dashboards, and management reports. N
- Advise senior management on HR strategy, organizational structure, manpower costs, and employee-related matters. N
- Support organizational restructuring, change management, and business expansion initiatives. N
- Identify high-potentialemployees and implement career development and succession plans. N
