Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About The Role
Wingman Realty is looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Social Media Manager to build and manage two distinct content presences:
1. The Founder's Personal Brand — focused on trust, authority, market insights, leadership, the founder journey and an Australia–India business perspective.
2. Wingman Realty — focused on real estate, project marketing, market intelligence, developer relationships and demand generation.
These should feel like two genuinely different voices , not the same content posted with two different logos.
You'll also help establish a consistent content culture across the Wingman Realty sales team, giving consultants the structure, templates and guidance they need to build their own professional presence.





What You'll Do
- Plan, write and schedule content for the founder's LinkedIn and Instagram , including founder journey, business insights, market perspectives, project insights, leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Plan and manage content for Wingman Realty's social channels , including project features, market updates, educational content, property insights and demand-generation content.
- Build and maintain a structured monthly and weekly content calendar across both brands.
- Maintain clearly differentiated tone, positioning and purpose between the founder and company accounts.
- Write video scripts, captions, hooks, headlines and post copy .
- Work closely with the video editor to turn ideas into high-quality short-form content.
- Develop content standards and templates for the Wingman Realty sales team .
