NFunctional and allocationleadership
N● Lead discovery and impact analysis for recent and changing segment, management,
Ntransfer-pricing, accounting, and legal-entity allocations.
N● Translate allocation intent into clear source-pool, driver/basis, target, offset, rule-sequencing,
Nand balancing requirements.
N● Design and support accounting allocations across EPCM, forecast and planning models, ERP/GL
Nintegrations, and downstream reporting platforms.
N● Determine whether an allocation should run for actuals, forecast, or both;
distinguish GL actuals
Nfrom planning-only actuals;
and identify impacts tosegment, SEC reporting, transfer pricing, tax,
Nintercompany, and legal-entity forecasting.
N● Articulate allocation logic across key dimensions such as account, cost center, entity/legal entity,
Nbrand, business model, location, product, intercompany, data type, currency, and scenario.
N● Partner with Accounting, FP&A;, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Controllership, and Technology
Nstakeholders to validate methodology,



effective dates, assumptions, and business outcomes.
N● Identify when a business requirement should be implemented as an EPCM allocation, a
Ngoverned integration, a metadata change, or a downstream reporting/Planning solution.
NTechnical implementation and engineering
N● Configure and enhance Oracle EPCM/PCMCS models, allocation rules, custom calculations,
Nbusiness rules, drivers, mappings, custom groupings, hierarchies, rates, formulas, and offset
Nlogic.
n● Build technical designs for allocation waterfalls and chained calculations, including dependency
Nsequencing, reciprocal intercompany entries, cost-plus calculations, residual-profit
Nmethodologies, revenue and cost reclasses, royalty/platform fees, VAT/withholding
Ndependencies, and FX-related processing where applicable.
N● Develop and maintain integrations and data pipelines between EPCM, ERP/GL, related finance
Nsystems,
