Qualification, Experience and Skills Essential: Atleast 8-10 years of experience in release management. Strong expertise in project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and other hybrid practices. Demonstrated success in navigating large-scale programs involving cross-functional and multinational teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities effectively. Ability to establish and maintain strong team-oriented relationships across technical and business teams. Proficiency in release management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines implementation. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use. Desirable: Handson experience in ServiceNow,
