nRole Description
nWe are looking for a PPC Team Leader to join our team and take ownership of PPC team management, campaign performance, and strategy execution.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with the ability to lead, guide, mentor, and improve the performance of a team of PPC specialists.
nThis is a full-time, in office position based in Mohali District.

- Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, guide, mentor, and manage the PPC team while ensuring team members consistently meet their individual and account-level targets.n
- Google Ads Expertise: Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, YouTube, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.n
- Meta Ads Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Meta Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting, budget management, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.n
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign profitability, based on client objectives.n
- Account Growth & Optimization: Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance and controlling
