About the Role
Wingman Realty is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & CRM Manager to take ownership of our paid lead-generation engine for premium real estate projects.
This is not a high-volume agency role managing dozens of accounts. We will run a focused portfolio of campaigns where lead quality and sales conversion matter more than simply generating a large number of leads .
Performance marketing is the core responsibility. Given the focused campaign volume, the role will also own CRM operations and WhatsApp automation , ensuring every lead generated is properly captured, nurtured, assigned and followed through the sales funnel.
We are prepared to pay a premium for someone who is genuinely solid at performance marketing and understands that success is measured beyond CPL.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch and optimise paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms for real estate projects.
- Own campaign structure, audience targeting, budgets, retargeting and ongoing optimisation.
- Work closely with our video editor and social-media team to continuously test creative, messaging, audiences and landing-page concepts .
- Track meaningful commercial metrics including CPL, qualified-lead rate, cost per qualified lead, appointment/site-visit rate and cost per booking .
- Set up and manage WhatsApp automation for lead nurturing, follow-ups and re-engagement.
- Own CRM configuration and day-to-day funnel hygiene, including lead sources, stages, assignments, follow-up tasks and automation rules.
- Ensure no lead sits untouched without an owner and a clear next-action date.
