Senior Finance Manager – Manufacturing

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a manufacturing facility in Pune. The role covers accounting, taxation, audits, treasury, cost accounting, internal controls and import/export finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting, MIS, financial reporting and month/year-end closing.
- Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, Customs and Transfer Pricing compliance.
- Handle statutory, internal, tax and cost audits.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking and foreign exchange.
- Oversee import/export finance, LC and related compliance.
- Lead manufacturing cost accounting , including BOM, standard/actual costing, WIP, inventory and variance analysis.
- Manage the finance team and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements
- 8+ years of finance experience,



preferably in manufacturing/plant finance .
- CA or CMA qualified .
- Solid knowledge of Indian taxation, Ind AS, audits and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in factory-level cost accounting .
- SAP/ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Optical fiber, optical cable, telecom/electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
- Candidates should be based in Pune or nearby and willing to work from the plant.
