MB Kautilya Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a short-term specialist (fixed term contract) for a fixed-price, milestone-based CRM/data pilot. Subject to successful completion, acceptance, and review of this pilot, MB Kautilya may invite the selected specialist to propose a separately scoped follow-on phase for the larger historic-data migration, potentially covering up to approximately 10,000 records.

Any follow-on work will be subject to separate scope, budget, approval, and contract arrangements; it is not guaranteed and is not a full-time employment chance.

The initial engagement is limited to a controlled and representative test set of up to 200 historic education-related records. This is not a full historic-data migration and does not include beneficiary/alumni outreach, communications,



or ongoing network coordination. The records may include repeated case-history rows, inconsistent or incomplete personal details, and multiple legacy identifier/date fields whose original meaning is being clarified.

The project requires a careful, documented person-level duplicate-review approach rather than automatic merging or a simple bulk upload.
