Role:

? Senior Video Editor

? Location: Bangalore (On-Site)

? You’re perfect if:

- 2+ years of hands-on long form video editing experience preferred. Formal work experience isn’t mandatory — we care more about the quality of your work, portfolio, and editing skills.
- You consume a lot of investigative videos and are familiar with the editing tricks used to convey the narrative.
- You can ideate from design conception to publish-ready visual animations and motion graphics.
- You work well with strict deadlines and have good time and data management skills.
- You naturally understand production, pacing, and storytelling.
- You’re proactive, eager to learn, and love collaborating to ship fast and well.

? About the role: As we look to ramp up our output over the next 3-6 months, you'll be a huge part of helping us level up and grow across all platforms. This will include:

- Deep dive editing long-form content for our YouTube and short form content for the same.
- Managing collaborative YouTube Editing workflows within the team.
- Contributing to both pre-production and post-production to enhance overall video quality.
- You’ll get the chance to be part of our production ops and shoots, supporting how everything comes together end to end.




- Suggesting video ideas in line with the brand.

? Skills and Qualifications:

- You have a strong command of Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects (or equivalent editing tools)
- You’re comfortable working with log footage and have a solid eye for color grading
- You take initiative and actively suggest new creative directions or ideas
- You manage timelines well, consistently meeting deadlines and staying ahead of schedule
- Proficient in motion graphics using after effects or equivalent software
- Prior experience in a similar role either freelance or full-time is a plus
- Bonus: A strong portfolio or standout work that shows your taste, storytelling, and attention to detail
