About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop robust and high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Microservices.
- Design and develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Work with Oracle databases, including query optimization, database design, and data access.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Implement application security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Define and maintain API specifications and documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Use Git and modern version-control practices for source code management.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and solution planning.
- Identify technical challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, testing standards, and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement of applications.





Required Skills :

- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java.
- Excellent experience with Spring Boot and Spring Microservices.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and API design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Good experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation.
- Strong understanding of OAuth2 and JWT security mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Good knowledge of application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently drive technical initiatives from design to implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and motivate engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and contemporary engineering tools.
