About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven

YouTube Channel Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete YouTube channel and content calendar.

- Develop and execute content planning &
- YouTube growth strategies

.

- Create and manage video content ideas, topics and content plans

.

- Write engaging

YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions and other content

.

- Optimize videos for

YouTube SEO, keywords, tags and search intent

.

- Improve

CTR, watch time, audience retention and engagement

.

- Analyze YouTube Studio metrics and prepare performance reports.

- Coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers &

- Faculty.

- Plan and optimize

YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions &

- Community Posts

.

- Track competitors, trends and new YouTube opportunities.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in

YouTube Channel Management

.

- Strong knowledge of

YouTube SEO &

- YouTube Analytics

.

- Positive content planning and content writing skills.

- Understanding of audience growth and content strategy.

- Strong analytical and creative approach.

- Experience in

Education/EdTech will be an added advantage.
