This role must have positive experience in ABAP HR, OO programming, HR workflows and extensions, forms, ALV Reports, Interfaces & Enhancements

- Knowledge of OData and CDS View enhancements for is highly preferred.

- Should possess basic understanding of HCM functional aspects like personnel and organizational management

- Experience in Agile development methodology for projects and enhancements is preferred.

- Experience gathering requirements and providing technical solution design.

- Experience in ABAP HR modules

- Knowledge of programming using HR LDB

- Experience in HR Workflows & Extensions

- HR Standard BAPIs

- HR WebDynpro development
- Experience with OData and CDS View enhancements for HR Fiori 2.0 and HANA

- ABAP OO skills is a must

- Knowledge of ABAP development workbench, Dictionary, Workflows, SAP Forms, BAPI's, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, BADI’s, IDOC, ALE and ABAP OBJECTS, IDoc Queue handling, ABAP Proxy Framework, Change document framework, Conversions and Data load methods, SPAU, SPDD and post upgrade activities, Open-SQL performance tuning
