Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.

- Oversee after sales service activities, including warranty claims processing and parts replacement.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory management, stock levels, and work orders.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years' experience in automobile industry or related field (workshop management).

- Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification required.

- Solid knowledge of automobile servicing, repair, and maintenance techniques.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
