Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager with a robust focus on Bench Management and Demand Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder management, resource management, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and ensure project success while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the bench of resources, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project demands.
- Coordinate demand fulfilment processes to ensure timely allocation of resources to projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations, providing regular updates on resource availability and project status.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and resource tracking to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement resource management strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.




- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present project reports and resource utilization metrics to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Bench Management.
- Proven experience in Demand Fulfillment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Resource Management knowledge.
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management with a focus on resource management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
