- Certified in PT-102 OR PT-103 [Workforce Software Time Configuration Essentials]
- Configure the WorkForce Suite, which includes setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations, according to detailed customer specifications.
- Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
- Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines.
- Assist WorkForce Software with data load and system initialization for go-live activities.
- Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a qualified and timely manner.
- Assists with interviewing, training, and supporting team members
- Reviews team member work for quality and accuracy
- Participates in weekly resource allocation calls, weekly 1 on 1 meetings with WorkForce Software leadership, and bi-weekly catch-up meetings with WorkForce Software
- Serves as a liaison between WorkForce Software and team members, working closely with each to drive objectives such as tracking bench time, ensuring proper communication, and addressing any concerns directly and proactively
