Main Responsibilities

- Assist in the design, build, configuration and testing of Workday reports and dashboards (standard and custom).

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment with the global reporting framework.

- Support the consolidation of HR KPIs and People Analytics indicators for project tracking and management reporting.

- Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into Workday reports.

- Document reporting specifications, guidelines and user materials.

- Provide day-to-day operational support on reporting topics during project phases (testing, cutover, deployment).

- Monitor report usage and propose improvements to increase adoption and efficiency.

- Contribute to knowledge transfer and training materials related to reporting.
