Workday Finance Techno-Functional / Integration Lead

Experience: 6 TO 12 Years

Location: Chennai , Bangalore

:

- 6+ years of overall Workday experience with strong exposure to Workday Finance functional and technical areas.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday Studio integration development, covering architecture through go-live.
- Strong understanding of Workday Financial modules:

- Billing

- Revenue Management

- Accounts Receivable

- Financial Accounting

- Customers

- Collections
- Experience designing and delivering integrations between Workday Financials and systems such as OMS, Billing Engine, Avalara, Banking/IREC, Salesforce, Customer Portal and downstream reporting systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath and JavaScript.
- Experience supporting high-volume financial transactions including:

- Invoicing

- Revenue recognition

- Cash application

- Collections

- Accounting integrations
- Ability to lead integration architecture, design, development,



testing and deployment.
- Experience conducting integration discovery workshops, gathering requirements and preparing interface/design specifications.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, troubleshooting and post-production support.
- Experience with legacy-to-Workday data migration, reconciliation and large-scale billing/Invoice-to-Cash transformation projects.
- Experience in Workday Finance AR and Billing configuration/support.
- Ability to work with functional and integration teams to develop technical specifications and solution designs.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations, reports and dashboards in production.
- Valuable stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
