SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

Experience with global payroll integrations (UKG/ADP) and enterprise financial systems.

Secondary (Good to Have)

Coupa experience preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Need 10+ years of strong hands-on Workday Financials experience, including Financial Accounting, Reporting, integrations, and complex configurations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support the successful execution of Workday Financials programs, enhancements, and system initiatives.

Act as a technical and functional subject matter expert for Workday Financials, providing hands-on expertise across financial processes and system capabilities.

Quickly adapt to evolving business priorities, changing requirements,



and organizational needs while maintaining effective delivery.

Coordinate and oversee data flows between Workday Financials and integrated platforms, including P2P, Payroll, Banking/Treasury, Travel, Tax, and Billing.

Enforce effective change management, SOX compliance, internal ticketing standards, and data security controls for all system modifications.

Develop and maintain advanced reports, custom dashboards, and complex calculated fields to support financial reporting and business analytics.
