- Experience: 4–6 Years Overall IT Experience
- Relevant Experience: 2+ Years in Workday Integration Development
- Client is seeking a skilled Workday Extend Integration Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations and Workday Extend applications.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies, along with experience supporting Workday HCM and Financial Management business processes.
- This role will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations and Workday Extend applications.
- Build integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external enterprise applications.
- Configure, customize, and support Workday Extend solutions to address business requirements.
- Participate in technical solution design discussions, architecture reviews, and workshop sessions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and integration designs.
- Create technical specifications, integration design documents, deployment documentation, and support artifacts.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and application errors while performing root cause analysis.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation.
- Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance,



and third-party vendor teams.
- Follow Workday integration development standards, governance processes, and best practices.
- Provide production support, enhancements, optimization initiatives, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure integration security, reliability, scalability, and performance requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Experience
- 4–6 years of overall IT experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday Integration Development experience.
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project.
- Experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials integrations.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise application integrations.
