We are now looking for someone who can take ownership of how @Offices is seen, experienced, and represented — both digitally and by our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Brand & Client Relations Manager who will be responsible for building a strong digital presence for @Offices while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing clients.

Digital presence is a major focus of this position.





You will be responsible for making @Offices consistently visible across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and other relevant digital channels, while also helping build the personal brand of the leadership/founder.

This is not simply a social-media posting role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business, identify compelling stories and opportunities, create content around them, and build a credible digital identity for both the company and its leadership.

At the same time, you will stay connected with our clients, understand their experience, maintain relationships and help ensure that @Offices continues to build a strong reputation within its business community.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the overall digital presence of @Offices.
- Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a consistent content and social-media strategy.
