1. Role Purpose

/n

To lead and strengthen the organisation's internal communication and employer branding agenda, creating a consistent, engaging and transparent communication experience for employees across Corporate, Retail and Manufacturing.

/n

The role will be responsible for translating business priorities, leadership messages, employee initiatives and organisational culture into explicit, impactful and engaging communication across appropriate channels.

/n

The position will also build and strengthen the organisation's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand, helping attract, engage and retain talent.

/n

2. Key Responsibilities

/n

A. Internal Communications

/n

/n
- Develop and execute the annual Internal Communication Calendar aligned with business and HR priorities.
/n
- Draft and publish leadership communications, employee announcements, HR communications and organisational updates.
/n
- Support communication from the Chairman, MD, CEO, CHRO and other senior leaders.
/n
- Translate business strategy,



organisational priorities and transformation initiatives into employee-friendly communication.
/n
- Manage communication across Corporate, Retail and Manufacturing employees.
/n
- Develop communication campaigns around HR initiatives such as PMS, engagement surveys, HRMS, learning, rewards, policies, wellbeing and employee recognition.
/n
- Ensure communication is simple, sharp, timely, consistent and action-oriented.
/n
- Develop communication formats including:

- Emailers
/n
- Posters
/n
- Newsletters
/n
- Digital banners
/n
- Videos
/n
- Leadership messages
/n
- Employee stories
/n
- Townhall communication
/n
- FAQs
/n
- Campaign communication
/n
- WhatsApp / employee communication, wherever appropriate.
/n

B. Leadership Communication

- Work closely with senior leadership to understand communication priorities and convert them into effective communication.
