nWe are looking for an entrepreneurial senior business leader to build and scale our Architectural Hardware & Furniture Fittings business into a solid national brand.
nThis is not a conventional Business Development or high-fixed-salary position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a business and participate in the value they create.
nYour Mandate
nYou will take leadership of the complete business-building journey, including:

- Developing the overall business & growth strategyn
- Product & category developmentn
- Building the sales & leadership teamn
- Creating a pan-India distribution networkn
- Brand building, marketing & GTM strategyn
- Developing dealer, distributor, architect & institutional channelsn
- Establishing systems, KPIs and processesn
- Driving revenue, profitability and long-term business valuen

nWho Are We Looking For?
nA senior professional with 15+ years of experience,



preferably in architectural hardware, furniture fittings, kitchen/wardrobe hardware, building products or allied industries, with a proven track record of building teams, channels and businesses.
nMost importantly, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not just manage.
nOur Compensation Philosophy
nWe offer a limited fixed remuneration, combined with:
nPerformance-linked revenue/profit sharing + long-term ESOP/ownership participation.
