About The Role

NAZZTEC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to lead the development and technical overhaul of its corporate website. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in WordPress development, including expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and API integrations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of transforming the existing website into a modern, responsive, and secure digital platform that aligns with the company's branding and business objectives.

The Senior

WordPress Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, content, and marketing to ensure the website is optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.

Qualifications The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in web development, specifically with WordPress. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential.





Experience in custom theme and plugin development, API integrations, and website performance optimization is required. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of website security best practices, SEO strategies, and responsive design principles. Prior experience with website migration, deployment, and troubleshooting is highly desirable. A portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects, especially those related to IT services or enterprise websites, will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to meet business requirements and design specifications.
- Create custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Manage the architecture of WordPress sites, including CMS structure and content hierarchy.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress pages compatible across devices and browsers.
- Implement lead-generation forms, resource centers, landing pages, and other website functionalities.
- Integrate third-party applications, REST APIs, CRM systems, analytics, and marketing tools.
- Optimize website performance by improving load times, implementing caching,



and adhering to Core Web Vitals standards.
- Ensure website security through best practices, vulnerability assessments, and regular updates.
- Perform website migration, deployment, and support in production environments, including DNS, SSL, and hosting configurations.
- Conduct thorough testing, QA, and UAT before launching new website features or updates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide technical support for post-launch issues and ongoing enhancements.
