ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic WordPress Developer to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. This role is suitable for freshers and early-career developers who want to develop their technical skills while working with designers, content teams, and senior developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages.
- Develop and maintain websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with WordPress themes, plugins, page builders, and third-party tools.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, responsiveness, and basic security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs and technical issues.
- Perform WordPress updates, backups, and basic website migrations.
- Ensure websites work properly across different browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO, content, and marketing teams.
- Complete assigned development tasks within project deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS




- 0–2 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Freshers with internships, freelance work, or personal WordPress projects can apply.
- Basic to working knowledge of PHP and WordPress structure.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and dashboard.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and willingness to learn.

GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with Elementor or WPBakery.
- Knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and Git.
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Basic understanding of website SEO and performance optimization.
