Job Purpose The Wireman will be responsible for electrical wiring, assembly, termination, testing, and related activities for LT and MT electrical panels manufactured by Vivid Electromech Limited. The role requires accurate execution of work as per approved electrical drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out power and control wiring of LT and MT electrical panels as per approved drawings.
- Perform wiring of PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC/Automation, Distribution and Control Panels as applicable.
- Read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic diagrams, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and terminal plans.
- Perform wire cutting, routing, dressing, ferruling, lug crimping, and termination.
- Carry out cable glanding and termination of power and control cables.
- Wire electrical components including ACB, MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, CTs/PTs, meters, protection relays, VFDs, PLC I/O terminals, push buttons, indication lamps, and control transformers.
- Ensure wiring is completed according to approved drawings, wire numbers, terminal numbers, and customer specifications.
- Check wiring for continuity, correctness, polarity, and proper termination before testing.
- Assist the testing and quality team during panel inspection, testing, fault identification, and rectification.




- Identify and rectify wiring mistakes, loose connections, incorrect ferruling, and other workmanship issues.
- Carry out proper tightening/torquing of electrical connections as specified.
- Support panel modifications and rework according to revised drawings or engineering instructions.
- Maintain proper workmanship, cleanliness, and housekeeping inside panels and in the production area.
- Ensure minimum wastage and proper utilization of wires, lugs, ferrules, glands, and other consumables.
- Maintain and properly use electrical tools, crimping tools, drilling machines, multimeters, and other assigned equipment.
- Follow all electrical safety, PPE, LOTO, quality, and company procedures.
- Complete assigned production work within specified timelines while maintaining required quality standards.
- Report material shortages, drawing discrepancies, component defects, and technical issues to the supervisor/engineer.
- Perform other electrical assembly and wiring activities assigned by the Production Supervisor or Electrical Engineer.

Qualification
- ITI – Electrician / Wireman from a recognized institute.
- Valid Wireman/Electrical licence or competency certification, where required for the assigned work.
- Candidates with relevant electrical panel manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
