NTQS Digital & Shootza are looking for a smart and confident HR professional who can independently handle hiring and employee coordination.
Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years
Location: Nellore preferred(Andhra Pradesh)
Work Mode: Full-time / Remote
We are looking for someone with strong skills in:
- Recruitment and candidate screening
- Conducting initial HR interviews
- Speaking confidently with candidates and employees
- Salary discussions and negotiations
- Offer and joining coordination
- Employee communication and follow-ups
- Handling employee concerns professionally
- Onboarding and HR documentation
- Positive communication in English, Telugu and Hindi
- Ability to handle conversations independently and professionally
MBA HR candidates, freshers with strong communication skills, and candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience are welcome to apply.
We are especially looking for someone who is confident, responsible, good at negotiation, and comfortable dealing directly with employees and candidates.
