Have an eye for emerging trends and the technical skills to bring them to life? We’re looking for a Fashion Designer to develop fresh, commercially relevant Western wear collections across knit and woven categories.

From the first mood board to the final approved sample, you’ll help shape products that balance creativity, fit, quality, and price. This role suits someone who enjoys a quick-moving fashion environment, takes ownership of their work, and collaborates closely with sampling and production teams.

In this role, you will:

Research trends and plan collections: Translate runway, high-street, competitor, and social media insights into mood boards, colour palettes, fabric directions, and cohesive seasonal ranges.

Design across knits and wovens: Develop styles including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, dresses, trousers, denim, and outerwear, adapting designs to each category’s customer and price point.

Create CADs and artwork: Produce explicit fashion flats, colourways, placement graphics, repeat prints, and embroidery or embellishment details.

Develop production-ready tech packs: Specify garment construction, measurement charts, fabrics, trims, artwork placement, stitching, and wash or finishing requirements.

Source fabrics and trims: Work with sourcing and merchandising teams to select materials that meet the design brief, target cost, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Manage sampling and fit development: Communicate design requirements, review prototypes and fit samples, document corrections, and follow through on approvals.

Collaborate through production: Resolve design and construction queries with technical and production teams to maintain the intended look and quality.





Manage collection timelines: Keep development calendars, sample trackers, and design files organised while handling multiple styles and deadlines.

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

- Relevant experience in Western apparel design, supported by a strong portfolio.
- A good understanding of knit and woven fabrics, garment construction, fit, and finishing.
- Software proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating detailed CADs, artwork, and production-ready tech packs, along with Microsoft Excel for costing and development tracking, and PowerPoint for collection presentations.
- End-to-end buyer coordination: Manage buyer communication from initial design briefs and collection presentations through sampling, feedback, approvals, production follow-ups, and final delivery, working closely with internal teams to meet buyer expectations and timelines.
- Commercial awareness: an understanding of how trends, customer preferences, fabric choices, and costing influence a successful product.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in women’s, men’s, or kidswear is welcome; exposure to multiple categories is an advantage. Knowledge of CLO 3D or similar software is a plus.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute from concept through sampling and production, explore multiple product categories, and see your ideas become finished collections.
