Key Responsibilities:

- Convert Figma designs to Webflow with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Build responsive websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Develop and manage Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, Collections, and Interactions.
- Create smooth animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
- Follow Webflow best practices and Client-First methodology.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, accessibility & performance.
- Add custom HTML, CSS & JavaScript when required.
- Test and troubleshoot websites across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring responsive and consistent performance.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality websites. .




- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Implement and manage third-party integrations, APIs, forms, analytics, and other external tools as required.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of hands-on Webflow development experience.
- Strong experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
- Excellent HTML & CSS skills
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, Collections, and Interactions.
- Solid understanding of responsive design
- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility & performance
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
