Role Description

We are looking for a Web Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in web development, frontend development, backend development, full-stack development, web applications, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, software engineering, and enterprise applications.

The Web Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, integrate, and improve responsive, reliable, and scalable web applications and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Node.js, Java, Python, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and modern web-development tools depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in web development, software engineering, software development, frontend development, backend development, full-stack development, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Web Software Engineer,



Web Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, React Developer, Angular Developer, JavaScript Developer, Application Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with TypeScript will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/Flask/FastAPI, .NET, PHP, Go, or similar frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, clean coding practices, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and basic UI/UX principles.
- Exposure to state-management tools such as Redux, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with UI libraries and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, debugging, browser developer tools,



and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Jest, Cypress, Playwright, React Testing Library, JUnit, PyTest, or similar testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar package-management and build tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of web performance optimization, caching, code splitting, lazy loading, browser storage, logging, and monitoring will be beneficial.
- Exposure to OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, secure coding, or web-security practices will be an advantage.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, serverless applications, or cloud-native web applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, dashboards, portals, internal business applications, or enterprise web applications will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, data visualization, or business intelligence will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and user requirements and translate them into practical web software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site setting.
- Internship, web-development project, frontend project, backend project, full-stack project, GitHub project, portfolio, personal website, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time web-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new web technologies, programming languages, frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, and modern software-development practices.
