Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a TeamLead who will manage a team of Counsellors while personally driving sales for our Nursing and Hospitality Career Pathway Programs to Albania, Korea, and Malta, Japan, Germany. This is a hands- on, individually-billed leadership role — the TL is expected to counsel and close high-value/walk-in leadspersonally, in addition to managing team performance.
NKey Responsibilities
nTeam & Target Management

- Lead, mentor, andmanage a team of Counsellors;
assign daily/weekly lead distribution and targets. N
- Track individual and team performance against enrolment and revenue targets;
conduct daily reviews and N

npipeline audits.
N● Train counsellors on program updates, objection-handling, and destination-specific selling points
N(Albania/Korea/Malta job market, salary structures, visa timelines).
N● Conduct regular call audits, CRM audits, and coach the team on conversion improvement.
NIndividual Sales Contribution (Hands-on)

- Personally, counsel and close premium/escalated leads, walk-ins,



and corporate/institutional tie-ups. N
- Own a personal enrolment/revenue target in addition to team targets. N
- Represent the organization at seminars, education fairs, and B2B partner meetings to generate direct N

nbusiness.
n● Build channel partnerships (nursing colleges, ITIs, hospitality institutes, sub-agents) for lead generation.
NOperations & Reporting
N● Coordinate with the operations/visa and language-training teams to ensure smooth candidate journey post-
Nenrolment.
n● Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports on enrolments, revenue, funnel conversion, and team
Nproductivity to management.
N● Monitor competitor pricing, program structures, and market trends across Albania/Korea/Malta corridors;

nrecommend counterstrategies.
N● Handle escalations and ensure high candidate satisfaction and referral generation.
