About the Role

We are looking for a Web Developer Intern who is passionate about building websites and web applications and wants to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects.

As a Web Developer Intern at WeIntern, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and project teams to design, develop, test, and improve modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.
- Convert UI designs into functional web interfaces.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with databases and backend services when required.
- Debug and fix website and application issues.
- Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
- Test applications across different browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other interns.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Maintain proper documentation of projects and development work.
- Work on real-world and live client projects under mentorship.





Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive web design.
- Basic understanding of Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with frontend development concepts.
- Understanding of basic programming and problem-solving.
- Good analytical and debugging skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of React.js / Next.js.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Knowledge of MongoDB / MySQL.
- Familiarity with GitHub and collaborative development.
- Experience deploying websites using platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or similar services.
- Previous academic, personal, or freelance web development projects.
